Our host has been making creative condiments for 10+ years and has a global cult following that includes QuestLove and Martha Stewart. In this experience, our host will teach you how to make homemade hot sauce, and how to store it so you can enjoy many meals to come!
Together, we'll cover the tools and tricks of preservation and fermentation, such as safety and shelf-life, as well as various hot-sauce-making methods, and a little fun hot sauce history sprinkled throughout. You'll walk out of class with a delicious jar of hot sauce to share with family and friends!
