Guess Who

Before your team meeting, send an email asking your employees many light-hearted question. An example could be: what is your favorite fast food restaurant? Favorite super-hero? Last time you cleaned your fridge? Once you receive all the answers back in the meeting, present the answers to a question and see if your team can guess who came up with that answer. This is a great way to bring your team together and learn something new about each other.
